A healthy female body produces thousands of chemicals that keep the woman able to have babies. Some of those chemicals are called female hormones. This process is so complicated! It is not even fully understood by modern science.

Menopause is when those female hormones are not made enough. After menopause, a woman can no longer have babies. Some women have menopause at 40, some at 55. Rarely, menopause may happen much earlier or much later than the age of 40-45.

Some women go through menopause easy. Unfortunately, most women suffer all sorts of symptoms. There are mood swings, hot flashes, migraines, poor sleep, stomach cramps and many other health issues. A lot of those issues are because of inflammation. Everyone has seen an inflammation at some stage in life. An inflamed place becomes red, puffy, and painful. Imagine that inflammation is in many places around the body during menopause. That inflammation hurts a lot.

Scientists from all around the world are trying to figure out how to deal with the inflammation caused by menopause and help millions of women.

One of the answers can be Curcumin – a natural chemical also known as Turmeric. Curcumin is sold at every drug store without a prescription. However, it is best to consult your doctor, pharmacist or natural remedy practitioner before taking any medications.

A team of wonderful researchers from Iran conducted a triple-checked study to make sure that we know that Curcumin works for menopause inflammation. They have done a great job!

They found that Curcumin helps.
